"WHO'S ON THE OTHER SIDE" is a short film that I wrote and directed. The film's entire production, including pre and post, took place in November 2025 - lasting a total of 2 weeks.

Spending the night in his dorm, Noah works on completing his school work. While his roommate, Eli, goes out for the night with their suit mates, leaving Noah all alone at home. After Noah completes his work, he begins to wind down for the night, but is interrupted by knocking from the other side of the door. Confused at first from hearing his roommates voice from the other side, it slowly begins to become more sinister. Leading Noah to break down emotionally as he hears his family's voices from the other side.

The film was created as the final project for my cinema foundations class with a time cap of 5 minutes. Aware of the time constraint, I chose to write a less intricate story that can fulfill the time frame. As well as a story that doesn't require a variety of different locations, in order to get filming done very quickly. The project also helped me understand how to work with a non solo production crew, which would be essential to learn later down the line.
