In Endless Fey

"In Endless Fey" is my first 'large' short film that I have created up to date where I produced, directed and wrote it. I began writing the script in November 2025 and completed it in January 2026. After, I spent the following two months (February & March) working on the storyboard which I ended up finishing over spring break. Returning on campus, production began the first week of April 2026 and is still in progress.​

After a night out, Cain spends time at the park with his friends where they make jokes about how the night goes. The jokes then shift into a serious conversation about Cain's recent actions, which results in his girlfriend, Annalise, to leave the park in frustration. Being told the magnitude of what he's done, Cain attempts to reconcile with her in an unapologetic manner, which she doesn't accept. Having lost everyone, Cain turns to substances to mask how he feels, rounding off the night by retreating back to his dorm. Unbeknownst to him though, his return home would mark the beginning of an endless loop of his last night of freedom.

This film was created as an aspiration project, as I wanted to create a story that was longer than the 5 minute mark. It also was a great project that could give me experience in learning to work with a decently sized crew (6 people), time management, and planning. Notably, the cinematography was done by Cameron Drozdz who was the director of photography.
